Thanks for sharing these two recordings. Dr. Tyson addresses that very difficult issue of how to get technology from the “crazy early adopters” stage to school-wide transformative change. His approach — one of high expectations in a culture where failure and mis-starts are expected — is a refreshing model for school leaders.
